  A: Доктор, у меня уже два дня сильный кашель и небольшая температура.

  Doctor, I've had a bad cough for two days and a slight fever.

  B: Вы принимали какие-нибудь лекарства?

  Have you taken any medications?

  A: Пока только пил чай с мёдом и лежал в постели.

  So far I've only been drinking tea with honey and staying in bed.

  B: Вам нужно пить больше воды и принимать этот сироп от кашля.

  You need to drink more water and take this cough syrup.

  A: Спасибо, буду следовать вашим рекомендациям.
