4.B: Всё хорошо. Я переехал в другой город и работаю в ИТ-компании.All is well. I moved to another city and work at an IT company.

5.A: Здорово! Я всё ещё в родном городе, преподаю в школе.That's great! I'm still in my hometown, teaching at a school.
